I'm running delivery across four live client engagements: Brieflex, WePop, Link Broadband, and a US healthcare compliance platform. I also built BetaCraft's internal AI delivery tooling (a dev workflow system and a PM operations system), both in production. Most of my day goes on reconciling what the client asked for with what the team actually built.

I'm planning a move to the Netherlands to work as a Technical PM in the Dutch market. The groundwork is underway: EU AI governance credentials are in progress and the visa research is done. With EU AI Act enforcement arriving in August 2026, project-level compliance experience should be useful there.

I'm going deep on EU AI governance as an extension of the PM work rather than a pivot away from it. The EU AI Act enforcement deadline is close, and companies will need people who understand what it means at the project level as well as the legal one.

Promptly is a macOS app that converts voice into structured AI prompts, with eight specialist modes iterated to v2.4.1. I built it because the thing I needed did not exist, which turns out to be the most honest brief you can have. It ships as an unsigned DMG today, with signed builds next.
